Why is POKERTRILLION.com Moving to a New Network?
Our number one interest at all times is you - Our player. By moving we are able to remain competitive and continue with exclusive promotions such as '30% Rakeback when YOU want it' and 'Up to 50% Off Discounted Live Tournament Entries'. This move will also ensure our players security.
Here are a few more ways you'll benefit:
- Dollars: The cap on rake at tables on the Boss (IPN) Poker Network is €3. At our new home it will be $3. This is a saving of over 35% on every hand you play.
- Software: Our new software is state of the art and includes many of the features that today's online player requires.
- Funds Transfer: It will now be possible to make transfers between players accounts.
- Increased overlays on MTT's: We hold our hands up, our new home has fewer players! But this means that there will be huge overlays in many of our MTT's every day. As player numbers grow, so will the guarantees.
- Hand Histories: Our new hand histories can now be saved to disk, which is great news if you play at different PC's.
- Graphics: You can choose your own personal avatar! If you don't like avatars then simply switch the option off.
- Connection Status Displayed: If a connection problem occurs, you'll be able to see if it's a problem with your own software or ours.
- Superior Support: Our aim is to answer e-mail queries within 20 minutes and not 4 hours.
- Improved Banking: All transactions are in US Dollars, because of this a number of new deposit methods become available such as Western Union. We'll also process your withdrawal when you request it, after all, it's your money.
- Multi-Language Sites: Russian, Italian, Spanish and German with more being introduced over the next few weeks.
- Omaha Tournaments: Our new software has the ability to run Omaha tournaments.

What is happening with the Current Offers?
- 5k Added Trillion Treat: This will change to $5,000 'Added' and will continue to be played out every Thursday at 19.30 GMT. The buy-in will now be $100+9, which is 35% lower than before.
- 30% Rakeback when YOU want it!: This stays exactly the same, the only difference will be that the minimum withdrawal will be $50 rather than €50, making a rakeback payment arrive sooner for smaller players.
NOTE: The final day you can make a rakeback request for a credit in Euros is midnight on 23rd April 2008 - You will not be able to make any requests on 24th April, and from 25th April it will be displayed in Dollars in your account. - Discounted LIVE Tournament Entries: This will be exactly the same and as we become established in the USA we'll begin to offer WPT main events to our schedule.
- New Players Freeroll: This $2,500 freeroll will still take place on the 5th of every month.
- Monthly Affiliate Freeroll: This will be increase in from €250 to $500.
- Poker League: The €75,000 prize fund will change to $100,000. Our monthly cash prizes will actually increase as we've decided to replace the VIP night out with larger cash payments.

- $25 Instant Cash Credit: All our active accounts will be rewarded with $25 in their new account. You just need to download the new software and log into receive it. (NOTE: an active account is one that has raked one hand in a real money cash game or entered a STT or MTT since 25th March 2008)
- 2.5% Cash Bonus for all High Rollers: We understand that you might have lost out financially when you withdrew your money from our old payment processor 'WebDollar' and credited your new account due to the exchange rate spread, therefore for all accounts that had €500 in them on 11/04/08 at noon GMT will receive a 2.5% credit to their new account. The credit will be made in US Dollars at the rate of €1 = $1.60.
- Daily Freerolls: We have introduced three new Freerolls every day. These are free to enter for all with no entry requirements.
What Happens to my Pending Rakeback?
- Your pending Rakeback will be converted to US Dollar at the rate of €1 = $1.60 (better than spot rate) this conversion will happen for all play up to and including 24th March 2008. From 25th March only gaming via our new home will earn Rakeback.
What is My New Username and Nickname?
- Your username and nicknames will stay the same. Your password will be your old 7 digit PIN from the Boss client. You can find this under the profile tag when you are logged into the Boss Client.
Once you have made a note of your PIN, you can click here to download our new software. As soon as you log in for the 1st time, please change your password to something private.
If your old Boss Username and Nickname were the same, then your username will now have a 1 at the end of it, your nickname will stay the same.
Non Roman characters are not accepted on our new client, so if your username contained such characters, or it you have any trouble logging in, please email support@pokertrillion.com or contact Live support
Can I access the new software before 25th?
- Yes, you can download the new software HERE and you can paly right away. Please note that you will not earn any rakeback from play at our new home until 25th.
Likewise, the last day you will earn rakeback from your play on the Boss client will be 24/5
Will the Software automatically upgrade to the New Version?
- No, from 25th April 2008 you will need to DOWNLOAD our new softwarew and login. You will still be able to access our old Boss software until 29th April to complete your withdrawals
What happens if I am competing in the Trillion League?
- Sunday 27th April 2008 will be the last day that any results from your old account will contribute to the Trillion League. This data will then be captured and imported to our new league. The league will then commence under your new account on 1st May 2008.
Prize money from the April monthly league will be as per the new improved payout schedule and will be credited to your new POKERTRILLION.com account on 1st May 2008.
Where have all the Guaranteed MTT's Gone?
- On 1st May we will be introducing $385,000 of GTD Tournaments every month. Currently the network guarantees jsut $60,000, so this massive increase will see a lot of added value. 1st of May is also the date that the new Poker League begins.
What happens to any Outstanding Refer a Friend Bonuses - Will I still get them?
- Yes. The refer a friend function was disabled last week so your referred players have until the 29th to earn their bonus. If you have referred a friend between 29th March 2008 and 7th April 2008 and you do not receive your bonus before we switch clients please contact colin@pokertrillion.com .Colin will arrange for the appropriate credit to your new account once your friend has earned you your bonus.
What happens if I have been saving my Rakeback for a LIVE event?
- Everything stays the same. Your pending Rakeback will change to US Dollars at the rate of €1 = $1.60. You should find that you are slightly closer to your target.
How will the change affect affiliates?

What happens to my balance in Webdollar?
We suggest you visit the cashier and withdraw your balance before 25th April. You will still be able to access our old platform until 29th April to make withdrawals
If you forget to make the withdrawal, it will automatically be sent back to the last method you used to make a deposit, as long as there is more than EUR20 in your account.
If you have less than EUR20 in your account after 29th April, then we will make a credit in $US to our new software on your behalf. The exchange rate shall be EUR 1 = $1.60. This credit will be made on 1st May 2008.
