Terms and Conditions

  1. The minimum Rakeback payment request is $50.
  2. If there is no raked hand on a Players account during a 90 day period then any pending rakeback shall be forfeited.
  3. A player may only request a Rakeback through the Players Area.
  4. Pokertrillion (PT) reserves the right to amend or change any term or condition in relation to the 30% Rakeback by posting such changes on this site. Any change will be effective as at the day it is displayed within the 'Players Area' and in these terms and conditions.
  5. PT reserves the right to refuse any request for a Rakeback.
  6. These Terms and Conditions should be read in conjunction with our [Site Terms and Conditions] and the exercise by the Company of any discretion contained in such Terms and Conditions shall be final and binding.

Discounted Live Entry

Up to 50% Reduction on land based tournament entries.

Terms & Conditions

  1. Only those live events as shown in our player's area will be eligible for the 'Discounted LIVE Entry' promotion.
  2. All tournament entries are subject to availability and subject to the terms and conditions of the organising body.
  3. The discounted percentage to any 'Discounted Live Entry' may change from time to time. A change will be effected as at the day it is displayed within the 'Players Area'. Such changes will not affect Players who have already entered a 'Discounted Live Entry'.
  4. When the Player has submitted sufficient funds in the for entry to a 'Discounted LIVE Entry', Pokertrillion (PT) will enter the Player into the selected tournament.
  5. The Player must provide proof of identification showing that they are at least 21 years of age (or 18 years of age for some events) at the time the selected tournament is scheduled to begin. Any Player who does not meet the age requirement will forfeit their funds. PT reserves the right to enter another player who meets its eligibility requirements.
  6. If the Player fails to attend a 'Dicounted Live Event' for any reason then the Player will forfeit their entry.
  7. A Player who plays a 'Discounted Live Entry' will be required to wear POKER TRILLION branded clothing whilst playing throughout the event.
  8. Pokertrillion branded clothing will be supplied to the Player once entry into an event has been confirmed.
  9. A Player playing in a ''Discounted Live Event' is not permitted to enter into any third party sponsorship or other agreements with any other online gaming sites or offline gaming companies. For the avoidance of doubt a player playing in a 'Discounted Live Event' shall only wear Pokertrillion branded clothing.
  10. The Player agrees that by entering 'Discounted Live Event' they are providing PT with a promotional release granting the right to use their name and likeness for advertising and publicity purposes without additional compensation. The Player further agrees to participate in all reasonable promotional activities as requested by PT or the organiser of the Event. Entry into the 'Discounted Live Event' constitutes your agreement to participate in such promotional activities.
  11. For the avoidance of doubt, PT is the owner or licensee of all the copyright, trade marks and other intellectual property rights in, to and in respect of the Site and the 'Discounted Live Event' (including, without limitation, the content of any of the foregoing), and the Player acquires no rights therein. By entering the 'Discounted Live Event', the Player as an entrant agrees that they will not acquire any copyright and intellectual property rights and agrees to assigns to PT all rights, title and interest in all copyright and intellectual property rights therein.
  12. Entry to a 'Discounted Live Event' does not create any employment, sponsorship or other relationship between the Player and PT other than as stated above.
  13. The Player is fully responsible for all expenses relating to the event, this includes but is not limited to accomodation and travel costs. For the avoidance of doubt, the Player is responsible for making their own travel and/or accomodation arrangements.
  14. Players agree to indemnify PT against any costs, losses, damages and expenses which PT may suffer or incur arising out of or in relation to any claim, legal proceeding or demand made by any third party due to or arising out of a Player's wrongful or negligent actions whilst attending a Discounted Live Event or breach by that Player of any PT Terms and Conditions and to release PT from any and all liability, claims, demands, and causes of action for personal injury and/or damage, theft, or loss suffered in connection with a 'Discounted Live Event'.
  15. A Player who enters an event pursuant to the above agrees to act in a sportsman like manner at all times.
  16. PT reserves the right to amend or change any term or condition in relation to the Discounted Live Event by posting such changes on this site.
  17. These Terms and Conditions should be read in conjunction with our [Site Terms and Conditions] and the exercise by the Company of any discretion contained in such Terms and Conditions shall be final and binding.

Rake Race

  1. There is no cash alternative
  2. Winners are required to wear Poker Trillion branded clothing at all events and represent Poker Trillion in a good light
  3. The Player must provide proof of identification showing that they are at least 21 years of age at the time the selected tournament is scheduled to begin. Any Player who does not meet the age requirement will forfeit their funds. PT reserves the right to enter another player who meets its eligibility requirements.
  4. If the Player fails to attend for any reason then the Player will forfeit their entry.
  5. Winning Players are not permitted to enter into any third party sponsorship or other agreements with any other online gaming sites or offline gaming companies. For the avoidance of doubt a player representing Poker Trillion shall only wear Pokertrillion branded clothing.
  6. The Player is fully responsible for all expenses relating to the event, this includes but is not limited to accomodation and travel costs. For the avoidance of doubt, the Player is responsible for making their own travel and/or accomodation arrangements
  7. The winner of our March Rake Race will not be eligible to enter the 20 player Sit and Go for May’s Race. If this player is a Top 20 Raker, then the 20th place will be offered to the player who finishes 21st.

$2500 New Players Freeroll

  1. Any player who creates an account will be sent the password for the New Players Freeroll by 3rd day of the following month.
  2. The Freeroll will take place at 1900 GMT on the 5th of every month
  3. To register, the player must have contributed a minimum of $0.10 in rake since the day they joined.
  4. This offer is for new Poker Trillion players only. Any existing account holders are excluded from this promotion.
